100 Years of War

100 Years of War

was a reaction to the commemoration or celebration of the centennial of the First World War. This war, due to the horrors of trench warfare and the high incidence of "shell shock" became known, in its day, as "the war to end all wars". Since peace was declared we have not stopped waging wars with at least 360 international recorded armed conflicts, involving state troops, across the world in the intervening 100 years.
